We offer you our personal attention and provide free training sessions each and every month to ensure your progress every step of the way... whether it be to lose weight, gain strength, increase flexiblity, strengthen cardiovascular, or all of the above.

We offer a 12 week transformation program which has been proven so successful we run it year round.

The 8-Week Bootcamp Series and the 2-Year Training on the Edge Program - unique to Fitness Edge, guides you on specific goals by structuring diet, weight training, cardio, stretching and supplements to fit your needs and test your progress with a bodyfat composition, before/after pictures, measurements, strength and flexibility testing. Monthly goals are set and with the guidance of other members and staff, our success rate is extremely high.

We are also known for training elite athletes, bodybuilding and fitness competitors as well as training for job specific needs in the Fire department, RCMP, etc.

Bootcamp1 8 Week Bootcamp:
For the intermediate, who has completed a minimum of 3 months training including free weights, journal, nutritional instruction, 24 different training programs included. Typical results are 20 lbs. of bodyfat in 8 weeks.
(Trainer recommended 3 days per week for 8 weeks)
Biggest Loser1 Biggest Loser Bootcamp Nanaimo
A 12 Week Group Fitness Program done in teams with eating plans, cardio workouts, strength training, boxing, spinning, bodybar workouts with weigh in's, fitness and a nutrition course, all packaged together with a group of Certified Personal Trainers guiding and supporting you all the way. It is a 12 week program inclusive of the training, the gym membership, the book, the shirt and all the other perks within it. Offered 3 times per year, January, April and September.
Bootcamp2

8 Week Bootcamp 2:
For the advanced, who has completed Bootcamp 1.
Training is intensified, not recommended for beginners, 24 new programs and 8 weeks of nutritional plans with journal.
(Trainer recommended 3 days per week for 8 weeks)

Biggest Loser2 Last 20 lbs Bootcamp
The Graduating program from the Biggest Loser Bootcamp. It is not a pre-requisite to have done the Biggest Loser but your fitness level needs to be addressed if you are interested in this program. Please speak to a trainer if this program would be suitable for you to join. Another 12 weeks of gut- wrenching workouts, all in teams with trainers, another 12 weeks of eating plans all packaged up with the Sunday outdoor bootcamps and include a full use gym membership.

Bootcamp 3:
For the advanced, who has completed Bootcamp 1and 2.
Training is intensified, not recommended for beginners, 24 new programs and 8 weeks of nutritional plans with journal.

Biggest Loser 3 The Final Countdown Bootcamp
Ok you asked for it, and you've got it. Just one more time, one more book, one more program to get you to that final level of health and fitness and bodyfat! You will still be in teams, pushing the limits in your fitness ability in weight training, cardio, boxing, spinning, bodybar, and abs oh yes more and more abs! This program will knock the last bit of fat from your body if it kills us! This is only for the advanced participant and is not to be attempted by the weak or the beginner! There are weekly challenges for the teams and 12 more weeks of eating plans as well as the Sunday bootcamps.
12 Week Transformation 12 Week Transformation: For the beginner, a series of up to 6 program changes, includes bodyfat, nutritional consultation, journal, before & after picture. Typical losses of 25-30 lbs. of bodyfat in 12 weeks.
(Trainer recommended once per week)
Trainers Edge 2 Year Training on The Edge:
Advanced Bodybuilding training, for the competitive level or anyone who just wants to look/train like the competitors. Men's & Women's programs & diets inclusive. Maximal Strength, Hypertrophy & Bootcamp Programs which change every 3 weeks for 99 weeks.
(Trainer recommended 4 times per week every 3 weeks)
